A booking deposit of £50 is required to book us for your date, subject to availability. If you pay by cheque, please make it payable to Changing Chairs and write your name and telephone number on the back and send it to: Caroline O'Neill, 10 Annaghbann, Annaghmore Road, Coalisland, Co. Tyrone, BT71 4RY.
